Muscle Looks Good On Everyone!

Jen’s Picks

There is a lot of information out there, but here a a few of the websites and people I receive emails from on a regular basis and value the information they provide. The majority of these are newsletters which will require your email address.

Nutrition
Dax Moy, Elimination Diet- This is the plan I suggest to everyone starting out in the program. It’s a great way to jump start good sound eating habits.

Marks Daily Apple- There is awhole lot more on here then just nutrition advice, it also has great fitness and lifestyle information.

While I am not a huge supporter of supplements this is one company I believe delivers great products.

Prograde Nutrition

Mike Geary- he has some great articles and nutrition tips and if you scroll to the bottom of this link you can sign up for his newsletter.

Equipment
Perform Better- This is where I get the majority of my equipment, they carry everything you would need to set up a home gym, especially one with just some dumbbells and weight plates.

Fun Fitness Sites

Crossfit-this site has a huge following; I’ve watched them grow for over 7 years from a dozen affiliates to the massive following they now have. Some of our workouts in class are similar to Crossfit WOD’s

Sealfit-similar to crossfit, but they take it even a little further.

Serious Training and Good Blogs

Here’s a good list of some of the people in the fitness industry I follow. Some of these blogs get pretty technical with rehab type information, others are pure muscle building and athlete training sites. Lots of great info though.

Joe Defranco- Trains a lot of football players. Hard core guy from Jersey

Jason Ferruggia- No nonsense in his writing and training. Good stuff.

Diesel Strength-Went to a seminar with Jim Smith of Diesel and Joe DeFranco. Lots of great information.

Underground Strength Coach- VERY passionate guy about hard core training.

Mike Robertson- Really smart guy about powerlifting and rehab.

Eric Cressey- Super smart and has become the go to guy for baseball players training and shoulder rehab.

Craig Ballantyne- Monthly training programs and an online training forum. Has a very large community of supporters for his Turbulence Training programs.
