If you want a “pretty” gym with row upon row of treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes all with TV’s you can program to your very own channel; matching weights, never a speck of dust and temperature that is perfectly regulated, this is likely not the place for you. But if you mostly are interested in a great training program, in getting results, in getting stronger, leaner, looking and feeling great and you are willing to work, you’ll love our training. If you’re ok getting your hands a little dirty, sweating a lot, and you’re ready to throw around some weight, we’ll help you reach your goals.

Athletes: DO NOT READ THIS if you think you are as strong as you need to be, faster than everyone else, already know how to train, or you’re just plain lazy.

If you’re ready to take a systematic approach to your training, to lift heavy, sprint fast, work hard-and smart, sweat a lot, and be dedicated and persistent in your quest to become a better well rounded athlete, then we would love to have you TRAIN with us.

Training for Athletes is done in groups. You can either train with your team or register as an individual and you will be placed into a group of up to 10 athletes.

You can begin at any time and training is billed on a monthly schedule. Come 2 times a week for $199/month or as many days as you would like each month, up to 6 days a week, for $249. Classes currently run M-TH from 4:30-8:00 Saturdays at 9am.  Please call or email to register your time.
