Day 1

Warmup: 

Jumprope x 30 sec done after each exercise/stretch

OH Shoulder separation x 1 paired with 1 OH squat x 10

Side lunge with a twist x 10 total

Knee hug with drop lunge x 10 total

Forward lunge and twist to hamstring stretch x 10 total

Workout: 

1. Prisoner squat jump (hands behind your head with fingers interlaced and shoulders pulled back) x 10
Lunge Jumps x 10 total
Burpees x 5
Rest 20 seconds and repeat 2 more times

2. Do 3 sets
Goblet (hold weight at chest with shoulders pulled back) drop lunge (start with your feet together and step back into a lunge x 12/side
SLDL (straight leg deadlift) x 12
