Day 1

Warmup: 

1-2 minutes each- flow from one stretch to the next then back to the beginning

1. Childs pose, angled childs pose to each side, to up dog to down dog

2. Spiderman climb to chest lift on each side, downdog to jackknife

3. Knee to opposite elbow hold, kick foot to opposite hand, kickunder and bridge with reach to other side

Workout: 

3 minutes:
Shoulder pushup (pushup position and push back to a straight arm, knee bent position; return to pu position)  x 5
Alternating side lunge x 8

3 minutes:
1 leg SLDL x 5/5
Walkouts x 3
Crossover hand walks x 5/5

3 minutes:
Side duck walk x 6/6
Half burpee x 5
V-up x 5

8 minutes:
Feet elevated pushups x 5-10
Drop lunge x 8/8
Leg throws x 8
Chops with weight x 8/8
