Day 1

Warmup: 

Choppers, reaching lunges

2 minutes- Flow: quadruped rocking side to side forward and back to childs pose arm sweep around and back, downdog, kickunder bridge

2 x 10 total of each – Opposite hand toe touches in crab position, opposite hand toe touch in pushup position, scapular retractions, balance reaches

Workout:

5 minutes to get as many reps as possible of pushups, squats, lunges, situps. You can do any exercise, any order for any amount or reps just keep a running tally of total reps.

3 x 10 With bands: Bent over Row, Upright Row, Overhead Squat, Overhead Press

6 Minutes
Walking lunge and reach to floor (body weight only) x 10 total
Mountain climber x 30
Shoulder separations x 5 (over your head and behind your back then bring it to the front of your chest again–we do them typically as a stretch)

8 Minute Round
Run x 10
1 leg split squat x10/10 (without weight)
Bear Crawls x50
