1 leg glute bridges
Prone reach through with a twist
Neck stretches

Bottom Half Getup x 4, 3, 2, 1 each side

Bulgarian Split Squat x 5/5
1/2 Burpee pushup x 5
In and outs x 10

4sets of sprint 3 walk 1

5 sets
1 leg SLDL x 5/5
DB Bent over row x 5 together, 10 alternating
20 backward bear crawl

4sets of sprint 3 walk 1

5 sets
Feet elevated knee to elbow x 10
Bicep Curl x 5/5
Crab Walk O Hand Toe Touch x 20

 

Finisher:
