Day 1

Warmup:

Chops, and reaching lunges, Seated lat stretches.

Seated roll over stretches.

Getups- Complete 10

Workout:

Be deliberate and powerful on these. Complete 4 sets
Squat jump to long jump x 4
Pushup to downdog x 5
Knee to opposite elbow drive x 10

Take 5 minutes for each round and complete the following pairs of exercises for as many sets as possible.

1. Renegade row x 10/10
Squat press x 10

2. Walking drop lunges x 5/5
Side plank with reach under (can use getup weight) x 5/5
